Full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday. Responsibilities: manage employee records and personnel documentation; prepare and maintain labor contracts and HR documents; support recruitment and onboarding; prepare HR reports; coordinate annual health check-ups; process work permits, visas and documentation for expatriate employees; organize occupational safety and health training; maintain fire prevention and environmental compliance records; support general administration and facility management. Qualifications: Korean proficiency equivalent to TOPIK Level 4 or above; minimum 2 years experience in HR, General Affairs, or HR Administration.
