Responsibilities (90% of role): Performance Management (45%) - Manage company KPI evaluation systems per corporate standards, coordinating with Korean headquarters. Build and monitor KPI metrics; collect, analyze, and report organizational/employee performance data. Train departments on KPI implementation and control; propose performance improvement solutions. Internal Promotion Management (45%) - Execute annual promotion review processes per company/corporate policy. Analyze performance data (KPI, 360-degree reviews) to recommend qualified promotion candidates. Coordinate with departments to verify and optimize promotion processes. Liaise with Korean headquarters for HR strategy alignment. Prepare periodic reports on promotion trends and policy recommendations. Expat Benefits Management (10%) - Manage expat group benefits, budgets, invoices using SAP/ERP systems.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field. Fluent Korean language (TOPIK 5). HR, HRBP, KPI experience preferred (training provided if inexperienced). Basic Excel and data analysis capabilities. Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, logical thinking.
