Main business: provide accurate and timely interpretation and translation support to ensure effective communication between management and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities - Interpretation and translation: provide Korean-Vietnamese interpretation in meetings, discussions and business trips; translate documents including reports, emails and contracts; ensure interpretations and translations are accurate and contextually appropriate. Communication support: act as a communication bridge between management and internal departments or external partners; support daily communication tasks. Meeting support: assist in preparing meeting materials; take meeting notes and support follow-up communication. Booking/schedule/accommodation: coordinate with the GA team to arrange travel schedules and accommodation for C-level executives and Korean business travelers; arrange and confirm meeting schedules. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Korean Studies, Business Administration, Languages, International Relations or related; at least 1 year of experience in interpretation, executive assistance, coordination or administration; candidates who studied or worked in South Korea for a minimum of 6 months highly preferred; experience with Korean companies or multicultural environments an advantage. Language: excellent Korean-Vietnamese interpretation and translation skills; TOPIK Level 6 certification or equivalent proficiency required; good English communication preferred. Based in Ho Chi Minh City or Can Tho; willing to travel for business trips; flexible to support management schedules.
