IT Account Manager (Korean Language) at GMO-Z.com RUNSYSTEM. Location: Floor 6, Maritime Building, 1 Dao Duy Anh, Dong Da District, Hanoi. Salary: Up to 35 million VND/month. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:30.
Responsibilities: Primary contact for Korean clients throughout ITO project lifecycle (presales to payment). Manage, maintain, and develop client relationships; consult and propose suitable IT services. Coordinate with Presales/Delivery teams on proposal development, estimation, contract negotiation, and pipeline tracking. Manage PM/Delivery coordination during implementation; handle issues and change requests. Monitor revenue, billing, payments, and forecasts for assigned accounts. Develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities; participate in new client acquisition.
Requirements: University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Korean Language, or related field. Minimum 2 years in Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development working with Korean clients. ITO product experience required. Fluent in Korean; English proficiency advantageous. Multitasking capability; ability to handle deadline pressure. Logical thinking; strong data synthesis skills.
