Position: Key Account Executive, Electronics (Korean Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning:
- Manage budgets for sales territory aligned with Annual Business Plan
- Design comprehensive sales strategies for electronics business and customers
- Collaborate with supervisor on planning and execution
2. Business Development:
- Implement market and sales strategies to boost coverage and drive profitable growth
- Identify profitable sales opportunities within Electronics segment
- Partner with borderless business support team for sales objectives
- Engage in consultative selling with deep market insights
3. Sales Management:
- Lead sales activities and build strong relationships with electronics customers in Vietnam
- Expand sales turnover and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and monitor business plans for key customers
- Formulate strategic sales approaches for pricing, service levels, and product assortments
- Coordinate with Customer Excellence team for order processing and delivery
- Manage account receivables and negotiate payment terms
- Deliver product presentations and collaborate with Regional Marketing
4. Reporting and Systems:
- Maintain detailed records in CRM system
- Prepare monthly reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
- 3-5 years direct experience in sales management/business development for Electronics
- Solid understanding of Electronics business value chain and spec-in process
- Fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Korean
- Proactive in approaching new customers and business opportunities
- Sharp business acumen
- Excellent team player with strong communication and influencing skills
- Results-driven and self-motivated
