Position: Korean IT Comtor / Head of Korean Business Assistant Department Company: SR Group (SR Labs) Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on ability and Korean proficiency level Key Responsibilities: - Serve as liaison between Vietnam Product/Tech team and Korean partners/clients - Accurately convey product requirements, Blockchain features, and Korean user feedback to development team - Support interpretation in meetings as needed - Communicate information between company and clients - Work with ecosystem partners: KOLs, Trading communities, Web3 Startups, traditional enterprises applying Blockchain - Interpret in business/technical meetings about Product Roadmap, Smart Contracts, DApps - Translate project documents, product pitches, proposals, and Web3 technical documentation - Support business and product departments in developing Blockchain/Web3 products for Korean market Requirements: - Language: Fluent Korean (4 skills) in work environment - 3+ years experience in Fintech/Technology Product field - Priority: candidates with business assistant experience in Fintech, IT Product - Knowledge (or willingness to learn quickly): Blockchain, DeFi, NFT, GameFi, Infrastructure - Ability to read technical documents and accurately translate to business language - Professional communication skills with Korean partners - Priority: former IT Comtor, IT BA, Product Assistant, or Sales Tech Support at Korean Outsourcing/Product companies Benefits: - Competitive salary + allowances - Direct skills training from C-level in Vietnam - Professional development opportunities - Remote work (WFH) available when needed with full salary - Performance bonuses, KPI bonuses, 13th month salary, birthday gifts - 5 days/week (Monday-Friday), 8:30-17:30 - Career advancement opportunities
