Full-time, on-site position driving sales efforts targeting the South Korean market. Responsibilities include building key client partnerships, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities while promoting Accor's brand values.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales strategy development and revenue generation experience, preferably in hospitality
- In-depth South Korean market knowledge and cultural understanding
- Fluency in Korean; strong English communication
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work on-site in Hanoi with travel availability
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
