Position: Korean Speaker - Guest Experience Agent

About the Role:
The role involves greeting and assisting guests in the lobby, with special focus on Korean-speaking guests. Responsibilities include: check-in/check-out procedures, VIP guest services, translation support, handling special requests, maintaining guest records, coordinating amenities, upselling services, cashier duties, guest feedback management, and promoting Radisson Rewards membership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Korean-speaking guests, VIP guests and Radisson Rewards members
- Help other team members communicate with Korean-speaking guests
- Provide translation to and from Korean
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures
- VIP guest services and special request handling
- Maintain guest records and coordinate amenities
- Upselling services and cashier duties
- Guest feedback management
- Promote Radisson Rewards membership
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred
- 1-2 years experience in hospitality
- Korean speaking fluency required
