Position: Korean Speaking Chairman Assistant. Company: CÔNG TY TNHH PTV LOGISTICS. Location: Hà Nội. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: 12-30 million VNĐ/month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and business trips
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, meeting rooms, and logistics
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
- Follow up with departments on assigned tasks and deadlines
- Act as communication bridge between Chairman and stakeholders
- Support interpretation and translation (Korean-Vietnamese/English)
- Coordinate with partners, customers, and subsidiaries
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence confidentially
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports
- Maintain company records, contracts, and documents
- Support Chairman during meetings, trips, and events
- Perform additional assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Economics, or related)
- 2-3 years experience as Secretary/Executive Assistant
- Mandatory Korean proficiency with good communication and translation ability
- Basic English skills
- TOPIK certificate advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, professional, and responsible
