Korean-Speaking Executive Assistant & Sales Coordinator
Role Overview:
Seeking a Korean-speaking professional combining Executive Assistant duties for BODs, Professional Interpretation across departments, and Sales Support/Administration. Bridges Korean leadership and local operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage President's schedule, travel, protocol for internal/external activities
- Handle confidential documents, facilitate BOD-departmental communication
- Organize high-level meetings and corporate events
Interpretation & Communication:
- Provide Korean-Vietnamese interpretation for President/management during government affairs, sales meetings, administrative reviews
- Translate official documents, reports, business correspondence
Sales & Administrative Support:
- Account Management: maintain key client/partner relationships
- Order Coordination: manage order placement, inventory tracking, shipping/logistics
- A/R Management: monitor payment schedules, support collection
- General sales-related administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Linguistics, or related field (Required)
- Native/Fluent Korean with professional proficiency
- Highly proficient/Fluent English (Preferred)
- Prior experience in executive support, interpretation, or sales administration (plus)
- Excellent interpersonal/cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability
- MS Office proficiency
