Position: Korean Speaking Guest Relations Officer. Company: InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. Location: Hà Nội (Tây Hồ District), Vietnam. Employment Type: Shift-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient services to Korean and other guests
- Schedule and coordinate guest activities
- Plan promotional activities targeting clients
- Monitor clientele statistics
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs and room assignments
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Manage guest relations desk
- Assist with airline bookings and reconfirmations
- Provide translation services (menus, information, directories)
- Conduct group and function meetings
- Support other departments in guest satisfaction
- Report guest feedback to Front Office Manager
Required Skills:
- Strong communication abilities demonstrating professionalism
- English reading and writing proficiency
- Korean reading, writing, and speaking fluency
- Microsoft Office and Front Office System proficiency
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year in front office, guest services, or customer service
