Job Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure departmental compliance with internal regulations, operating procedures, and policies - Monitor and evaluate departmental operations, identifying potential risks, control weaknesses, or non-compliance issues - Investigate and verify internal violations, irregularities, or misconduct; collect information, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions - Review and assess existing business processes with relevant departments, proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks - Contribute to developing, enhancing, and continuously improving the company's internal control system - Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management as required - Perform additional duties as assigned by management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, or similar positions - Fluent in Korean with effective communication ability for daily work and senior management discussions - Proven experience conducting operational reviews, investigations, compliance assessments, and recommending corrective or preventive actions - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with ability to provide practical recommendations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments - High integrity, objectivity, responsibility, and ability to work independently - Previous experience with Korean companies or large corporate groups highly preferred
