Learning & Development Manager (Korean speaking/Trainer) at Outsourced. Location: Vietnam (Remote). Hours: 9AM - 6PM Vietnam Time. Seniority Level: Director.
About the Role: Seeking an experienced L&D Manager to design and deliver training programmes for a remote, freelance-based call centre environment. Responsible for building induction frameworks, supporting ongoing development, and fostering engagement and continuous learning among distributed workforce.
Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive L&D strategy for remote call centre operations. Design engaging induction programmes and structured learning pathways. Create training materials including e-learning modules and assessments. Deliver virtual training sessions across multiple time zones. Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and performance data. Partner with Operations and Quality teams. Manage learning management system. Build community and engagement initiatives among remote freelancers.
Requirements: Demonstrated call centre training expertise and virtual facilitation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong motivation and coaching capabilities. Proficiency with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital collaboration software. Prior L&D Manager, Trainer, or Instructional Designer role in call centre/customer contact environment. Experience supporting remote or freelance teams highly desirable.
