Position: Logistics Customer Service Executive (Korean Speaking)
Company: DP World
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Key Accountabilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate the handling of issues
- Ensure smooth shipment processing and customer satisfaction
- Support sales in analyzing requirements to provide competitive pricing
- Ensure regular customer care, ready to assist at any time with customers' requirements
- Coordinate with local/oversea vendors, partners, brokers and agents
- Assistance in preparing the complete set of proposal packages for solution selling
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications with minimum 5 years' experience in Logistics/Freight-forwarding operations
- Excellent service mindset with ability to connect with customers and extend an extra mile in resolving their issues/concerns
- Well versed with shipping processes and related services in international logistics business
- Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendors
- Effective verbal and written communications in English, Korean and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and new set-up environment; requires adaptability, problem-solving, communications, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, be organized, methodical and deal well under pressure
- Proficiency in using MS Office and IT applications
- Knowledge of Cross Trade will be beneficial
