Position: Manager of Korean Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with VP on implementing sales and marketing goals, objectives, and corporate procedures
- Ensure guest service delivery aligns with company standards and brand attributes
- Develop marketing strategies to boost volume, market share, and hotel revenue while monitoring booking trends
- Build awareness and actively promote all goods/services through trade shows and industry events
- Solicit group bookings within geographic/vertical market segments
- Travel as required; maintain relationships with travel agents, meeting planners, and corporate clients
- Participate in community and professional organizations
- Develop and manage individual sales plans/budgets to meet revenue targets
- Assist with creating group, event, and meeting packages with sample itineraries
- Convert prospects into clients and cultivate repeat business/referrals
- Identify market trends and provide strategic recommendations to Director of Sales
- Pursue new online booking opportunities and revenue management channels
- Maintain excellent relationships with key wholesalers
- Consult with client representatives on event planning details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Four years' experience in hotel, golf, or casino operations
- Fluent communication in primary workplace language; Korean/English proficiency required/encouraged based on guest contact level
- Knowledge of gaming, hotel, golf, and entertainment industries
- Open to both local Vietnamese and expatriate candidates
