Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain networks within manufacturing and industrial automation ecosystems - Establish access to factory owners, plant managers, operations leaders - Conduct initial discovery discussions and on-site factory observations - Assess customer operations, automation maturity, and digital transformation needs - Participate in industry events, conferences, and partner activities - Represent Gradion as attendee, speaker, panel participant - Promote, organize, and host customer workshops at Automation Center of Excellence - Hand over qualified opportunities to pre-sales and solution teams - Build long-term relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders Requirements: - 3-7 years in business development, sales, or consulting (industrial/B2B technology) - Experience with manufacturing, factory, or automation-related customers - Familiarity with AGV/AMR, MES, ERP, WMS, robotics, or shop-floor digitalization - Profound English language skills (Chinese or Korean a valued plus) - Bachelor's degree Benefits: - Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses - Performance bonus (up to 2-month salary), 15 days annual leave - Premium healthcare and annual health check Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Binh Duong, Vietnam
