Position: Sales/Business Development with Korean Language Support Company: DM&C Location: Ho Chi Minh City Salary: 15-20 million VND (gross) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage distributor/dealer network in assigned territory - Find and expand new distribution channels - Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners - Ensure sales targets and product coverage - Monitor sales and inventory, propose procurement plans - Implement sales programs and promotions - Interpret/translate Korean in work (emails, documents, meetings) - Work with and support communication with Korean partners/customers - Connect information between internal team and Korean partners Requirements: - Korean proficiency TOPIK 5 or higher - Minimum 2 years sales experience managing distribution channels in cosmetics, FMCG, or beauty retail - Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty market - Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Proactive, dynamic, willing to travel frequently for partner meetings Benefits: - Salary up to 20 million VND gross - Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/working day - Leave 30 minutes early on last working day of each month - 13th month salary; full social insurance on actual salary - Necessary work equipment and tools provided - Young, dynamic work environment encouraging innovation and creativity Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00
