Responsibilities: Identify prospects through email, outbound calls, and Zoom discovery meetings; conduct structured discovery calls assessing customer needs and business fit; qualify leads using predefined criteria; document all interactions accurately in CRM systems; provide product overviews without pricing/negotiation involvement; transfer qualified leads to sales closure teams with full context; maintain updated lead pipeline through consistent follow-ups; collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams; monitor market trends and competitive landscape. Requirements: 6 months to 1+ years sales experience, TOPIK 4+ Korean proficiency (speaking/writing), track record achieving quotas, high-volume calling experience, MS Office proficiency, Salesforce or similar CRM experience. Compensation: 22-32 million VND/month, base salary 22-26 million VND.
