Position: Interpreter - Import/Export Department

Location: Đường TS3, KCN Tiên Sơn, Bắc Ninh
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret (listening/speaking) in meetings and communications with international partners regarding import/export matters
- Translate documents: commercial contracts, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, certificates of origin, shipping documentation
- Support email exchanges and coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers
- Monitor cargo shipment progress and update information across parties
- Assist resolving issues related to documentation and goods delivery
- Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher
- Fluent Korean proficiency (Thành thạo tiếng Hàn)
- Experience in import/export or manufacturing preferred
- Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation advantageous
- Careful, responsible, strong communication skills
