Position: Female Admin with Korean Language Company: Metas Group Location: B4-12 Vinhomes Gardenia Ham Nghi, Tu Liem Ward, Ha Noi Salary: 13-18 million VND/month Main Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries (mainly Korean customers) via messages regarding company policies - Receive, compile, and process customer information in the system - Support and coordinate with Korean staff for work processing - Work according to supervisor assignments Requirements: - Female, college degree or higher - 1+ years experience - Korean TOPIK 4 or higher, basic communication skills - Basic MS Office skills - Age range: 1990s-2002 Benefits: - Day shift: 13 million VND/month - Night shift: 15 million VND/month - 1 month probation at 85% salary - Performance bonuses (total income 15-20+ million VND possible) - Lunch/dinner support (depending on shift) - 5 days off per month (self-selected) - Company trips and team building - Standard benefits per Vietnamese law Work Schedule: - Night shift: 11pm-6am - Day shift morning: 7am-3pm - Day shift afternoon: 2:30pm-10:30pm
