Position: Online Product Assistant Manager at LOTTE Mart Vietnam
Responsibilities:
Financial Performance & Content Quality Management:
- Monitor and manage sales, orders, profit, and adjusted rates by store; propose action plans
- Manage product visibility and on-site inventory; process product whitelist/blacklist/limitation requests
- Ensure product content quality (text, attributes, images, video) complies with standards
- Review product sales, orders, and profits by category and store
- Report weekly product/stock status, inventory levels, and order adjustment rates
- Review product assortments for promotions
- Collaborate with on-site teams and MD for hot products and livestream selections
- Transfer product data from offline to online systems
- Conduct weekly/monthly competitive analysis on pricing and assortments
Product Content & On-Site Alignment:
- Coordinate with Content, MD, and Brand teams to build/improve product content
- Close gaps between offline and online product assortments
- Ensure timely online product listings with stakeholders
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Maintain and develop partnerships with key suppliers
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns (promotions, gifts, displays)
Requirements:
- University diploma in E-commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
- Retail and e-commerce understanding
- Planning, project management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Good in English (Reading and Writing); Korean is a plus
- Business travel readiness
