Position: Operations Support (Korean Language)

Location: QTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software Center, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Salary: 25-30 million VND
Responsibilities:
- Training knowledge base, support agents real-time on floor
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations achievement of SLAs and targets
- Manage key insights, follow up team's performance/KPIs
- Team mentoring responsibilities
- Track schedule adherence, provide real-time floor support
- Handle escalation and supervisor calls/sessions
- Take Tier 1 calls to maintain process knowledge
- Floor walking, live call monitoring, coaching
- Brief on critical process issues
- Share quality audits and coaching measures
Requirements:
- More than 1 year experience in relevant role (Customer Service recommended)
- No specific industry background required - open to all
- Korean Language (Communication level) required
- English is a plus

Working Hours: Rotating shifts (weekly/monthly), 9-hour shifts with 1.5h break, 2 random days off
- Morning: 8:30-17:30
- Afternoon: 13:00-22:00
- Night: 21:00-6:00
