PCBA Production Part Leader at CNK Consulting Vietnam, based in Haiphong, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Conduct production capacity analysis (CAPA), identify root causes of defects, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and propose solutions to achieve production targets; regularly report operational performance and results to expatriate management; supervise and evaluate employee performance, develop training programs, and enhance team capabilities to improve departmental productivity and effectiveness. Requirements: College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in PCBA, SMT-related positions; able to operate SMT machines; able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes, Korean language skills are an advantage; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills. Benefits: Salary VND 20-30 million/month plus overtime allowance; working hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month; 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year; social insurance per Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage; company shuttle bus from Hai Phong city to factory.
