Keyloop is hiring a Product Support Analyst Tier 1 – Korean Speaking in Vietnam. Keyloop bridges automotive sales gaps between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and buyers using digital transformation solutions. Primary responsibilities: own and progress support cases to resolution using available resources; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer problems with timely escalation; respond with empathy to customer needs and operational pressures; communicate cooperatively across teams, departments, and management; document solutions and create written resolution guidance; proactively acquire knowledge of the Keyloop product suite and tools; coach and mentor colleagues to accelerate case resolution; conduct root cause analysis; identify training gaps and recommend improvements; and contribute to case reduction initiatives. Key performance indicators include customer satisfaction, productivity and time-to-resolution against agreed standards, and contribution to continuous improvement. Required skills and experience: ability to plan and prioritize workload; investigation, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; excellent communication in Korean, Chinese, and English (written and verbal); ability to articulate complex problems clearly; understanding of customer expectations; ability to influence and overcome objections; experience working with customers; ERP application support experience; and a demonstrated ability supporting customers to high standards. Desirable: understanding of the automotive industry and specialization in one business area.
