Project Manager - Korean Speaking at FPT Automotive, based in Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities: plan, schedule, monitor, and manage project progress; detect and manage risks/issues; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met; communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to align on project goals and expectations; collect and analyze the scope of tickets, prioritize, and assign to the development team; manage and motivate teams for high-quality deliverables; ensure compliance with ODC policy. Requirements: 3+ years' experience managing both operation and development projects; strong planning and project monitoring skills; strong risk/issue management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities; fluent communication in Korean and English (mandatory). Preferred: IT industry understanding (Agile, IT projects); operation project experience (AMS model); willingness to work in an ODC environment on Korean time (7:00-16:00). Full-time position based in Vietnam.
