Regent Experience Executive (Korean Speaking) at IHG Hotels & Resorts, Regent Phu Quoc (Phu Quoc, Vietnam). Primary contact for Korean-speaking guests from pre-arrival through post-departure. Responsibilities: Handle reservations, check-in/check-out, concierge, and special requests; proactively anticipate needs and coordinate across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Recreation); support VIP arrivals and guest recognition programs; manage feedback and resolve complaints; provide translation/interpretation services; promote hotel facilities tailored to Korean preferences; maintain guest profiles for loyalty recognition; uphold Regent brand luxury standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (preferred), 1-2 years luxury hospitality experience (guest services/concierge/front office), native or fluent in Korean with strong English skills, exceptional guest service demeanor, cultural sensitivity to Korean guests, problem-solving abilities under pressure, Microsoft Office and hotel systems (Opera) proficiency, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.
