About The Team: Support Korea Local Shop ecosystem growth through acquiring, onboarding, and incubating Korean sellers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire high-potential Korean local sellers across key categories; build relationships with brands, distributors, agencies, and seller communities; support newly onboarded sellers through activation journey; educate sellers on platform tools, campaigns, ads, livestream, and growth opportunities; drive seller performance through data-driven business reviews and action plans; establish partnerships with industry associations, agencies, service providers, and seller communities; support Korean Local Shop ecosystem expansion initiatives; drive strategic projects related to expansion; collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Livestream, Affiliate, and Logistics teams; analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Requirements: 2-5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, E-commerce, Consulting, or related fields; Korean and English business proficiency; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; strong commercial mindset and ownership; ability to work independently in fast-paced environment; comfortable working with data and performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: familiarity with Korean consumer brand ecosystem in Vietnam; Korean nationals currently based in Vietnam; e-commerce, marketplaces, creator economy, or digital commerce experience; experience working with brands, distributors, or agencies; seller acquisition or merchant onboarding experience.
