Relocation cum General Affairs Senior Specialist (Korean/English Speaking) at Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (full-time, mid-level). Key responsibilities - Relocation Services: Manage expatriate relocation including visa applications, work permits, temporary residence cards, airfare, housing, vehicle arrangements, school placement, and logistics; monitor office lease contracts and coordinate with building management; provide administrative support to expatriate management (travel arrangements, scheduling, document preparation); process related expense payments. General Affairs: Oversee daily office operations ensuring efficiency and compliance; manage office budgets, procurement, vendor contracts, and facility services; lead office administration initiatives and process improvements; coordinate employee onboarding, office policies, and workplace programs; organize corporate events, meetings, business travel, and executive support; manage office assets, records, and documentation; process employee and vendor expense payments. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; 3-4 years experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, Relocation Services, or similar roles; experience supporting expatriate relocation preferred; strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines. Good command of English; Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
