Customer Experience Specialist - Korean Speaking at Agoda, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Agoda seeks a Korean-fluent specialist to deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. Bachelor's degree required. Responsibilities include handling booking inquiries, resolving cancellations and payment issues, meeting quality and productivity KPIs, and working rotational 24/7 shifts including weekends.
