Recruitment Project Manager (Korean Required) at PICKDI Vietnam (100% remote, contracted through Kollab Agency, PICKDI's Vietnam partner). Role overview: manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating with clients, candidates and internal teams, supporting a current senior member. Key responsibilities: translate job descriptions from Korean to English and Vietnamese, manage recruitment operations (CV screening/assignments through interviews), schedule interviews between clients and candidates and provide Korean interpretation, manage candidate data via ATS/Google Sheets/Google Drive, and execute recruitment-related tasks as needed. Experience: fresher (no experience required) or specialist (minimum 2 years in operations, HR, customer service or related). Language requirements: Korean TOPIK 5+ with workplace communication capability, and intermediate English for internal communications; strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred: translation/interpretation experience, Notion and Google Sheets proficiency, and remote work experience with Korean/international teams. Work conditions: 100% remote, full-time, Monday-Friday 22 days/month 08:00-17:00 GMT+7, 1-hour lunch. Compensation: fresher 10-11M VND/month, specialist 15-18M VND/month, plus social insurance, health insurance, 13th-month bonus and statutory leave; 2-month probation; bank transfer to a Vietnamese account.
