Position: Reservation Executive South Korea at Discova Company: Discova - destination management company with 95% local staff Role Overview: The Reservations Executive ensures Discova meets operational goals by delivering best-in-class service and memorable local travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reservations for accommodations, air/train tickets, suppliers, restaurants, and all package services - Cooperate with Operations, Fleet, Product, Sales, Customer Experience teams and suppliers - Maintain accurate and timely booking updates in reservation systems - Resolve customer service issues with appropriate corrective measures Requirements: - Fluent in Vietnamese and intermediate-to-advanced English - Tourism/hospitality degree advantageous - Korean language skills preferred but not required - Problem-solving capabilities, customer-centric service commitment - High attention to detail and time management - Flexibility for rotating schedules including nights, weekends, early mornings Employment Type: Contractor, Entry level Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
