Responsibilities: prospecting and qualifying potential customers for EduTech online training courses (AI, Soft Skills, Hard Skills); identifying and contacting prospects via email and outbound calls; conducting needs discovery calls; evaluating prospect fit against criteria; transferring qualified leads to closing team; managing CRM records; providing product overviews; maintaining clear pipeline through follow-ups; contributing to regular reporting. Requirements: 6 months to 1+ years sales/customer service experience, fluent Korean TOPIK 4+, problem-solving skills, MS Office proficiency. Full-time Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.
