Mentaris.Asia is hiring a Sales Executive - Korean Speaking in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area, Vietnam. Key responsibilities: research and identify prospective clients through various channels; conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms; qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team; build and maintain relationships with potential customers; maintain accurate records in CRM systems; collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outreach strategies; achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets; communicate effectively with Korean-speaking prospects and stakeholders; and prepare sales reports with market feedback. Required skills: TOPIK Level 4-5 or above (mandatory); strong verbal and written communication in Korean and English; experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or inside sales; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho; excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strong research and prospecting abilities; self-motivated, target-driven mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: experience with international clients or global markets, B2B or technology sales experience, understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
