Sales Specialist (B2B) - Korean Speaking

Overview: Drive new client acquisition, revenue retention and growth within assigned territory through contract renewals, service sales, and upsell opportunities. Engage customers strategically to demonstrate value of moderately complex products/services.
Location & Hours: OfficeHaus, OFH Building, 32 Tan Thang Street, Son Ky, Tan Son Nhi Ward, HCMC | Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dedicated territory; achieve revenue-based quotas through renewals, services, upsell
- Execute end-to-end renewal sales: quotations, pricing discussions, contract negotiation
- Build strong customer relationships via high-volume phone/email outreach
- Develop product and technical knowledge to assess requirements
- Identify and resolve customer concerns impacting satisfaction or renewal
- Manage competitive pressures; support account expansion
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly sales forecasts
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Report to Sales Manager; collaborate on consistent customer experience
- Leverage technology, data, AI tools for workflow optimization
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with strong end-to-end exposure
- Korean language fluency; English communication capability
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High-volume calling environment experience
- Hands-on Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
Preferred:
- IT/SaaS/Cybersecurity industry background
