Working Location: Landmark 72, Pham Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi Employment Type: Full-time, Mid-level Job Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections and monitoring to ensure departmental compliance with company regulations, procedures, and policies - Monitor and evaluate operations, identifying risks, control weaknesses, and non-compliance issues - Investigate violations and misconduct; collect information, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions - Review business processes with relevant departments and propose efficiency improvements - Contribute to development and continuous improvement of internal control systems - Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management - Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field - 3–5 years' experience in Internal Control, Risk Management, Compliance, or similar roles - Fluent in Korean with effective communication capability for daily work and senior management discussions - Proven experience conducting operational reviews, investigations, compliance assessments, and corrective/preventive recommendations - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with practical recommendation ability - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration across departments - High integrity, objectivity, responsibility, and independent work capability - Prior Korean company or large corporate group experience strongly preferred
