About the Role: Lead and develop a virtual team of customer service advisors to deliver outstanding experiences and meet performance targets. Requires exceptional communication, motivational ability, and strong people management skills in a remote environment.
Responsibilities: Lead remote freelance agents to achieve KPIs in quality, productivity, satisfaction, and compliance. Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and development sessions. Conduct team huddles, one-on-ones, and reviews. Maintain communication via digital tools (Teams, Zoom, messaging). Drive team engagement and recognition programs. Oversee scheduling and real-time team management. Analyze trends and resolve complex customer complaints. Provide performance reporting and support continuous improvement.
Requirements: Proven team leadership in call centre/customer service (remote experience preferred). Exceptional verbal and written communication. High digital literacy with collaboration platforms, CRM tools, reporting dashboards. Self-motivated. Fluent in Korean. Remote/hybrid call centre operations experience preferred. Knowledge of call centre metrics and quality frameworks.
