Position Overview: Bear Robotics seeks a Technical Sales Manager to support robotics and automation business expansion in Vietnam, focusing on technical sales of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and automation solutions to manufacturing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical sales of robotics and automation solutions to manufacturing customers in Vietnam
- Identify new customers and develop B2B project-based sales opportunities
- Analyze factory environments and equipment to propose AMR-based automation solutions
- Collaborate with system integrators and partners to support robotics deployment projects
- Work with Bear Robotics US and internal engineering teams supporting technical discussions and project execution
Required Qualifications:
- Native-level Korean
- 5–10 years B2B sales or business development experience
- Technical sales experience in automation equipment, robotics, or industrial machinery
- Basic understanding of factory equipment and automation systems
- Experience working with global teams or in overseas business environments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- AMR/AGV/Factory Automation industry experience
- Manufacturing customer experience
- System integrator collaboration experience
- CRM tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)
Languages: Korean (required), English (required), Vietnamese (preferred).
