General Affairs & Administration Staff working directly with Korean staff. Responsibilities: handle general office, administrative, and internal company activities, communicate/translate/process Korean language documents and emails in daily operations, support HR file management, attendance tracking and basic payroll calculations, assist with internal accounting tasks (receipts/expenses, reconciliation), coordinate across departments for smooth administrative and HR functions, perform additional tasks as directed by Korean management. Requirements: strong Korean communication skills (TOPIK 5 or equivalent), minimum 1 year experience in General Affairs/HR/Accounting roles, proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication skills, organized work approach, honest and meticulous.
