Product Designer/Developer in apparel/garment manufacturing. Responsibilities: design and develop products in apparel/garment manufacturing, manage teams and report directly to factory leadership, create detailed accurate technical packs (tech packs), oversee fabric materials (knit, woven, fibers, surface treatments), garment trims, production techniques and product finishing processes. Requirements: minimum 4 years experience as designer or product developer in garment/apparel manufacturing (export factory or international fashion brand experience preferred), proficiency with specialized design software advantageous, deep knowledge of fabric materials/trims/production and finishing techniques, capability to develop detailed accurate tech packs, fluent Korean (listening, speaking, reading, writing) mandatory.
