Position: TikTok Shop - Merchant Operations Specialist, FMCG (Korean Beauty Brands) - Vietnam Company: TikTok Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: - Drive e-commerce growth by acquiring and supporting Korean beauty brand merchants on TikTok Shop Vietnam - Lead brand merchant recruitment targeting top Korean beauty brands - Guide onboarding, conduct market research, and implement category strategies - Provide merchant solutions, support, and coordinate internal resources addressing industry pain points - Conduct pre-incubation and operations ensuring merchant GMV growth meets expectations - Provide data analysis and support - Organize brand exchange summits and industry events for merchant referrals - Build healthy merchant ecosystems, expand supply depth, identify high-quality providers - Drive industry GMV growth - Develop content-based e-commerce strategies improving efficiency through content production, distribution channels, marketing event coordination, and collaborations with creators, MCN agencies, and third-party platforms Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years e-commerce operations or merchant acquisition experience - Strong market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities - Strong data analysis skills for industry trend assessment - Self-motivated with responsibility, teamwork spirit, excellent organizational/coordination/communication abilities - Results-oriented - Fluent English and Korean communication for overseas brand collaboration Preferred Qualifications: - Strong existing connections with Korean brands and sellers
